Over Joost Houtman

Joost Houtman is gespecialiseerd in ondernemingsrecht, vennootschapsrecht, en bank- en effectenrecht. Hij heeft ruime ervaring op het gebied van fusies en overnames, lease en informatietechnologie. Joost staat uiteenlopende type organisaties en aandeelhouders bij die werkzaam zijn in de productie, informatie- en communicatietechnologie en hotellerie.

Sinds 2015 is Joost lid van de raad van bestuur van Meritas Law Firms Worldwide.

Joost is sinds 1997 verbonden aan Lexence. Hij studeerde Nederlands recht aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen en behaalde zijn LL.M. aan de London School of Economics, U.K. Joost is in 1990 beëdigd als advocaat.
