Over Jordi Rosendahl

Jordi Rosendahl is gespecialiseerd in arbeidsrecht en ontslagrecht. Hij adviseert werkgevers en bestuurders over onder andere verschillende arbeidsrelaties (zoals zzp, uitzenden, detachering en overeenkomsten van opdracht) en platformarbeid. Hij procedeert regelmatig in kantonzaken, civiele procedures en bij UWV.

Jordi doceert over arbeidsrechtelijke thema’s, waaronder aan de rechtbank Oost-Brabant. Tevens is hij lid van de Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland (VAAN) en de Vereniging voor Sport en Recht (VSR).

Sinds 2013 is Jordi werkzaam bij Lexence. Na de bachelor Nederlands recht volgde Jordi de master Arbeidsrecht aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam. Jordi volgde de afgelopen jaren diverse opleidingen, waaronder aan de Nyenrode Business Universiteit en de Grotius Academie (specialisatieopleiding Arbeidsrecht). In 2009 werd hij beëdigd als advocaat.
