Over Judith Schulp

Judith Schulp is gespecialiseerd in collectief- en individueel ontslagrecht, reorganisaties, ontslagen (en uitkoop) van statutair directeuren, corporate governance, fraude, medezeggenschap, de overgang van ondernemingen, geschillen met aandeelhouders en grensoverschrijdende arbeid. Met regelmaat is zij betrokken bij advisering en geschillen over medezeggenschap en collectieve arbeidsovereenkomsten. Judith procedeert regelmatig en ze zit zelf ook als arbiter. Sinds 2020 is ze tevens raadsheer-plaatsvervanger bij het Gerechtshof Arnhem-Leeuwarden.

Judith is lid van het College van Afgevaardigden van de Nederlandse Orde van advocaten (NOvA), lid van de Raad van Toezicht van VluchtelingenWerk Nederland en lid van de Raad van Commissarissen Koninklijk Theater Carré. Daarnaast werkt zij pro bono voor de IMC Weekendschool en dance4life. Judith spreekt op seminars, is docent aan de Universiteit van Leiden, publiceert regelmatig en is co-auteur van Vademecum Burgerlijk Procesrecht Arbeidszaken, een handboek over burgerlijk procesrecht in arbeidszaken.
