Over Judith Schulp

Judith Schulp is gespecialiseerd in collectief- en individueel ontslagrecht, reorganisaties, ontslagen (en uitkoop) van statutair directeuren, corporate governance, fraude, medezeggenschap, de overgang van ondernemingen, geschillen met aandeelhouders en grensoverschrijdende arbeid. Met regelmaat is zij betrokken bij advisering en geschillen over medezeggenschap en collectieve arbeidsovereenkomsten. Judith procedeert regelmatig, zowel voor de civiele rechter als in arbitrages en is actief op het gebied van mediation.

Zij verricht pro bono werkzaamheden voor de IMC Weekendschool, Valid Express en dance4life. Judith is lid van het College van Afgevaardigden van de Orde van Advocaten Amsterdam, bestuurslid van het Grachtenfestival Amsterdam, lid van de raad van toezicht van VluchtelingenWerk Nederland en commissaris van Koninklijk Theater Carré. Daarnaast publiceert ze regelmatig en is ze veelvuldig spreker op seminars. Judith is co-auteur van het Vademecum Burgerlijk Procesrecht Arbeidszaken.

Sinds 2008 is Judith verbonden aan Lexence. Zij startte haar loopbaan in de fusie- en overnamepraktijk en werkt sinds 1997 in het arbeidsrecht. Judith werd in 1994 beëdigd als advocaat.
