Over Arief

Arief van Rhee is als notaris gespecialiseerd in (commercieel) vastgoedrecht. Hij behoort tot de top tien van meest invloedrijke vastgoednotarissen en richt zich met name op vastgoedontwikkelingsprojecten, commercieel vastgoedtransacties en vastgoedfinancieringen. Tot zijn cliënten behoren toonaangevende nationale en internationale vastgoedinvesteerders, projectontwikkelaars, financiële instellingen en gemeenten.

Tot mei 2022 was Arief voorzitter van de Vereniging van Notarissen in Amsterdam. Eerder was hij als docent verbonden aan de Universiteit Utrecht en de Amsterdam School of Real Estate. Momenteel verzorgt hij het vak ‘Burgerlijk recht in de praktijk’ aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.

Arief is sinds 2023 verbonden aan Lexence. Hij behaalde een master Notarieel Recht en een diploma Burgerlijk Recht aan de Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam en studeerde daarnaast aan de Sorbonne Panthéon Paris I. Sinds 2011 is Arief notaris in Amsterdam.
