About Maxime
Maxime Loos specialises in corporate law, in particular mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance advice. She advises national and international companies and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and various corporate law issues.
Maxime is a volunteer for the Foundation ‘Stichting Thuisgekookt’.
Maxime has been with Lexence since 2020. She received a bachelor’s degree in law, specialisation in corporate law at Tilburg University and her master’s degree in business and law cum laude at Utrecht University. During her bachelor, Maxime studied for a semester at Catholic University of Portugal in Lisbon. Maxime was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2021.
