About Oscar
Oscar Bouwens specialises in corporate law, in particular mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance advice. He advises national and international companies and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and various corporate law issues.
Oscar has been with Lexence since 2023. He received a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in corporate law (cum laude) from the Radboud University Nijmegen. Oscar was admitted to the Dutch Bar in August 2023 and has worked for Lexence since 2023.
