About Caesar
Caesar Bast specialises in environmental law and spatial administrative law. In this capacity, he assists both market parties and government entities in the field of area developments and infrastructure projects. He does this, for instance, in cases related to zoning plans, permits, and enforcement of (administrative) regulations. He also handles matters related to environment and sustainability.
Caesar has been with Lexence since 2024. He studied Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Amsterdam. He was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2024.
