Maylin Jacobs

Maylin Jacobs specialises in corporate law, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and restructuring. She advises both national and international companies—as well as private equity investors—on strategic transactions, joint ventures, reorganisations, and a broad range of corporate law matters.

Maylin joined Lexence in 2025. Prior to that, she worked as a lawyer in the Corporate & M&A practice at a leading international law firm, where she gained extensive experience with cross-border transactions and complex corporate structures. She holds a master’s degree in Commercial Law, with a specialisation in Corporate Law, from the University of Amsterdam (2021), and was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2022.
