About Thijs
Thijs Verstraten focuses his practice on corporate law transactions. He advises companies on various corporate and commercial law matters regarding mergers, acquisitions and private equity transactions. He represents national and international companies.
From 2017 to 2019, Thijs was a board member of the Amsterdam Young Bar Association. In 2018 he was appointed as chairman. Thijs has been nominated in 2022 for ‘Best Young M&A Lawyer’ by the M&A Community.
Thijs joined Lexence in 2015. He studied Dutch law at Radboud University Nijmegen. He spent a semester in the United States as part of his study. Thijs was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2016.
