About Pelin
Pelin Oztürk specialises in spatial planning and environmental law. She advises and litigates in relation to permits, zoning plans and the enforcement of administrative regulations, and also handles soil contamination, asbestos and environmental liability matters (among others).
Pelin has been with Lexence since 2018. She received her master’s degree in constitutional and administrative law from Tilburg University. In 2021 Pelin completed the Grotius specialisation course in Environmental Law (cum laude). She was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2015.
