About Naomi Reijn
Naomi has been with Lexence since September 2025. She advises and litigates on a broad range of boardroom and high-end employment law and corporate governance matters, ranging from dismissals and restructurings to remuneration and incentive issues, works council matters and the employment law aspects of M&A transactions, including transfer of undertakings and cross-border employment. Her advice is characterised by a strategic perspective, with a strong awareness of the impact on both organisations and the individuals involved.

Publications & Training
Naomi is an active speaker in the field of remuneration and employment law. She regularly speaks at conferences and publishes in relevant professional literature. In December 2025, Naomi successfully defended her PhD at Radboud University Nijmegen. Her research focuses on management incentives in the context of the corporate interest, at the intersection of corporate and employment law, also addressing regulatory remuneration requirements. She is currently affiliated with Radboud University Nijmegen as a fellow.
