About Vincent

Vincent Boumans specialises in commercial leasing law. He advises and litigates in relation to leases (new and existing), lease terminations, collections, rent readjustments, renovations and redevelopment (among others). He also specialises in the purchase and sale of real estate and the law of obligations as applied to real estate.

Vincent is a member of the Vereniging van Huurrecht Advocaten (Leasing Lawyers Association) and editorial board member of the Tijdschift voor Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte (Commercial Leasing Law Journal). He publishes regularly on leasing law and real estate-related subjects in both the Tijdschift voor Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte (Commercial Leasing Law Journal) and Huurrecht in Praktijk (Leasing Law in Practice). He is also one of the authors of the Sdu Wetteksten Commentaar Huurrecht.

Vincent has been with Lexence since 2013. He studied law at Maastricht University and was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2008.
