About Nicky
Nicky Spaan is a civil law notary specialising in corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, private equity/venture capital and joint ventures in the domestic and international private sector. His practice includes setting up acquisition structures, assisting in participations, drawing up articles of association, creating security rights, and providing boardroom consulting and general corporate advice to family offices. He also regularly handles cross-border corporate conversions.
Nicky has been with Lexence since 2010. He studied notarial law at Radboud University Nijmegen. In 2024 Nicky was appointed as a civil law notary.
