About Marianne
Marianne Elshof specialises in commercial and residential leasing law. She advises and litigates in the areas of leases, lease terminations, defects, and renovations (among others).
Marianne is a member of the Vereniging voor Jonge Onroerend Goed Juristen (Young Real Estate Lawyers Association).
Marianne has been with Lexence since 2019. She studied both law and Dutch language & culture at Utrecht University and received her master’s degree in law at Leiden University. She also obtained her LL.M. at University of Connecticut School of Law. Marianne was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2019.
