Tijl de Heer

Tijl de Heer is specialised in real estate with a focus on tenancy law, real estate transactions, litigation and real estate related law of obligations. As an attorney-at-law, he litigates and provides legal advice to various clients, including international and national investors, project developers, property managers and real-estate consultants.

Tijl has been with Lexence since 2023. He studied construction law at the VU Amsterdam. Prior to his position at Lexence, Tijl worked for an institutional residential investor. Tijl was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2023.
