Rafaèl Totev specializes in (commercial) real estate law, with a focus on real estate development projects, commercial real estate transactions, and real estate financing. His clients include leading (inter)national real estate investors, property developers, financial institutions, and municipalities.
Rafaèl has been working at Lexence since 2023. He obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Notarial Law from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
