Janice van der Have

Janice van der Have is a candidate civil law notary specialising in corporate law. She advises both national and international clients on, among other things, setting up corporate structures, restructuring, establishing security rights, mergers, acquisitions and corporate governance.

Janice has been with Lexence since 2019. She completed her bachelor and master in notarial law at the VU Amsterdam.
