About Jip

Jip Spierings specialises in real estate transactions, developments and transformations of commercial real estate. He advises (institutional) investors, entrepreneurs, end-users and family businesses on property transactions, area developments and associated anterior agreements and setting up partnerships. In addition, he has experience with (threatening) conflict situations and strategic thinking.

Jip is a member of the Vereniging voor Jonge Onroerend Goed Juristen (Young Real Estate Lawyers Association).

Jip has been with Lexence since 2011. He studied law at the University of Amsterdam and was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2008. He also completed the postgraduate studies in real estate at Grotius Academy in 2013.
