Veerle van den Boomen

Veerle van den Boomen specialises in commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. Veerle is also part of the Lexence privacy team.

Veerle has been with Lexence since 2022. In 2019 she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Law at the Utrecht University. During this period, she spent a semester abroad at the University of Sydney. In 2021 she obtained a master’s degree in Private Law at the University of Amsterdam. Veerle was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2022.
