Harold Willems

Harold Willems’s practice includes all aspects of employment law. He represents and advises (inter)national clients in a wide range of employment law issues, such as reorganisations, individual dismissal cases, disputes about non-compete clauses and employee participation. In addition, he regularly assists (statutory) directors.

Harold is a member of the Association for Employment Law Lawyers Netherlands (VAAN), Association for Employment Law (VvA) and the Association for young Employment Law Lawyers (VJAA). Furthermore, he regularly gives courses about his specialisms.

Harold studied law at Tilburg University where he received a master’s degree in business law in 2014. In 2018 he successfully completed the post-academic course in Dutch employment law (PALA) at the Erasmus Academy. He was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2015 and has been with Lexence since 2020.
