About Jacob
Jacob Goeman Borgesius specialises in international and European law. He is involved in corporate transaction practice and advises both national and international clients on restructurings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate law-related matters.
Jacob has been associated with Lexence since 2024. He studied Law at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and obtained his Master’s degree in International and European Law from the University of Amsterdam in 2023. Jacob was sworn in as a lawyer in 2025.
