About Bart
Bart van Zadelhoff is specialised in tax law, more specifically in turnover tax (VAT) and transfer tax. His consultancy work focuses on the real estate practise, in which he works with Lexence’s lawyers and civil-law notaries.
Bart regularly teaches and publishes articles related to tax law. He is also a deputy justice at the Appeals Court of ‘s-Hertogenbosch. In 2017, Bart was conferred emeritus status as professor of tax law at University of Groningen.
