Sarah Dekker

Sarah Dekker advises and litigates in relation to collective and individual dismissals. She regularly handles matters involving the judicial rescission of employment contracts, reorganisations, employee co-determination and social security law.

Sarah has been with Lexence since 2020. She studied law at Utrecht University where she received a master’s degree in enterprise and law. Sarah was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2020. In 2025, Sarah completed the Postgraduate Course in Labour Law at the University of Amsterdam. She is also a member of the Dutch Association of Labour Lawyers (VAAN).
