About Danilo
Danilo Kapetanovic specialises in corporate law. He advises both national and international clients on restructurings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and other issues related to corporate law.
Danilo has been associated with Lexence since 2024. He obtained his Master’s in Law and Technology in Europe from Utrecht University in 2022 and his Master’s in Commercial Law Practice from the University of Amsterdam in 2024.
