About Luca
Luca Veth is specialised in civil procedural law and focuses on commercial and corporate dispute resolution in a broad sense. He advises and represents clients in a wide range of disputes, ranging from contractual and commercial matters to governance and shareholder conflicts. Luca regularly litigates before district courts and courts of appeal, and has extensive experience with complex proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber, including inquiry proceedings and exit disputes. He also litigated before the Netherlands Commercial Court (NCC), where English‑language, internationally oriented commercial cases are heard.
Since 2020, Luca has been with Lexence. He studied Law at the University of Amsterdam and obtained his master’s degree in Private Law cum laude. He was admitted to the bar in 2020. In addition to his work in the litigation practice, Luca served as a member of Lexence’s Works Council.
