About Max
Max Bongers specialises in Corporate Law. He focuses on corporate transactions and advises both domestic and international clients, as well as private equity investors, on restructurings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate law matters.
Max has been with Lexence since 2026. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law & Management from Radboud University, followed by a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2024 and a Master’s degree in Corporate Law in 2025.
