About Frank

Frank ter Huurne’s practice focuses on solving complex dismissal cases and reorganizing (www.doeltreffendreorganisatie.nl). He also specializes in investigating fraud and the employment consequences of fraud.

Frank and his team work for larger companies (both family businesses and listed companies) and healthcare institutions. With his passion for sports (CrossFit) and his competitive attitude, he has also assisted many top athletes.

Frank is goal-oriented and wants to achieve success for his clients. He advises and litigates, is a strategic thinker and a pragmatic doer.

Frank has been with Lexence since 2008. He studied law at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and completed the postgraduate specialization course in employment law at Grotius Academie.
