About Frank ter Huurne
Frank ter Huurne’s practice focuses on the resolution of complex dismissal cases. He also specializes in the investigation of business fraud and the management of its employment-related consequences. He is one of the initiators of Fraude.nl (www.fraude.nl), an alliance between Lexence, corporate investigation firm Hoffmann Bedrijfsrecherche and debt recovery and enforcement firm GGN. Together they offer a comprehensive approach to preventing and handling]business fraud, including investigative and legal support as well as asset tracing and recovery services.
Along with his team, Frank acts for large enterprises (both listed companies and family businesses) as well as healthcare institutions and other care facilities. As a byproduct of Frank’s passion for sports (CrossFit) and competitive nature, his practice has grown to include the representation of many top athletes.
Frank is result-oriented and has a strong drive to succeed. His practice comprises both advice and litigation. A strategic thinker and a pragmatist, Frank is not likely to be sending you ten-page memos.
Frank has been with Lexence since 2008. He studied law at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and completed the postgraduate specialization course in employment law at Grotius Academie.
