About Frank
Frank ter Huurne’s practice focuses on solving complex dismissal cases and reorganising. He also specialises in investigating fraud and the employment consequences of fraud.
Frank and his team work for larger companies (both family businesses and listed companies) and healthcare institutions. With his passion for sports and his competitive attitude, he has also assisted many top athletes. Since 2024, Frank has been a member of the College of Arbitrators of the KNVB. This body settles all disputes related to football, in the broadest sense of the word, between or with members of the KNVB or between intermediaries.
Frank is goal-oriented and wants to achieve success for his clients. He advises and litigates, is a strategic thinker and a pragmatic doer.
Frank has been with Lexence since 2008. He studied law at the University of Groningen and completed the postgraduate specialisation course in employment law at Grotius Academy.
