About Frank ter Huurne
Frank ter Huurne advises and litigates in employment termination matters. In addition, he has a special interest in forensic fraud investigations and the employment law-related consequences of fraud. Frank’s clients are mainly large private employers, ranging from non-profit organizations to listed companies. The sectors on which he focuses are services (consultancy and healthcare), industry (ICT, metal working, electrical engineering and food) and sport.
Frank is a permanent instructor at Sdu and regularly publishes in professional journals, in particular on the topics of fraud and norm-transgressing conduct.
Frank has been with Lexence since 2008. He studied law at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and completed the postgraduate specialization course in employment law at Grotius Academie. Frank was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2003.
