About Stephanie
Stephanie ter Brake advises Dutch and international companies in a variety of corporate law matters, including corporate governance, corporate social responsibility (ESG), reorganisation, joint ventures and (private equity) transactions.
She is the author of various publications.
Stephanie has been with Lexence since 2017. She previously worked as a graduate student at VU Amsterdam, where she received a master’s degree in private law and international law. Stephanie was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2016.
