About Bas
Bas de Mie is a corporate transactions specialist, advising Dutch and international companies on the wide-ranging issues that arise in M&A and private equity transactions.
Bas has been with Lexence since 2018. He received his bachelor’s degree in law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam and his master’s degree at Leiden University. Bas was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2019.
