About Hugo
Hugo Goedegebure advises and litigates in the area of real estate development. His clients include project developers, investors and contractors. Hugo also assists clients in real estate transactions.
Since 2013, Hugo has been an author for the weekly column ‘News in Construction Law’ of the Institute for Construction Law.
Hugo has been with Lexence since 2017. He studied law at Leiden University and also took several courses at University of Vienna. In 2020 Hugo completed the Grotius specialisation course in Real Estate Law. Hugo was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2014.
Hugo is a member of the Association for Construction Law Lawyers (VBR-A), the Vereniging Jonge Onroerend goed Juristen (Young Real Estate Lawyers Association) and FRESH, an association for real estate professionals. In addition, Hugo is a member of the Education Program Council of the Instituut voor Bouwrecht (Institute of Construction Law).
