About Maarten
Maarten van Wijlen specialises in corporate law and advises companies on various issues related to mergers, acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions. He works for Dutch and international companies, ranging from multinationals to family businesses and director-major stockholders.
Maarten has been with Lexence since 2019. He earned his master’s degree in corporate law from Radboud University Nijmegen. In 2023, Maarten was nominated as “Best Young M&A Lawyer 2023” by the M&A Community. In 2024, he completed his Grotius specialisation course in Mergers & Acquisitions with honours.
