Jolien Geerars

Jolien Geerars specialises in Corporate Law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. She advises and assists domestic and international companies and investors on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and a wide range of corporate law matters.

Jolien joined Lexence in 2026. She obtained her master’s degree in Commercial Legal Practice (Private Law) from the University of Amsterdam in 2026. Prior to that, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Dutch law from the University of Groningen.
