About Madelon
Madelon de Blok is a member of our Real Estate & Infrastructure practice group. Madelon specialises in commercial real estate and real estate transactions. She advises on all sorts of lease law relating matters, such as concluding and negotiating lease agreements, lease disputes and termination of leases. Also, as part of real estate transactions, Madelon is experienced in negotiating sale and purchase agreements (sale and lease back and redevelopments) and due diligence.
Madelon joined Lexence in 2023. She studied at Leiden University. In 2009, Madelon completed the postdoctoral specialisation course in real estate at Grotius Academy.
