Rutger Aleva

Rutger Aleva specialises in corporate law, in particular mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance advice. He advises national and international companies and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and various corporate law issues.

Rutger has been with Lexence since 2021. He received his bachelor’s degree in Law and his master’s degree in Private Law at the University of Amsterdam. Rutger was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2022.
