About Liza
Liza Kooring specializes in (commercial) real estate and tax law. She focuses on commercial property transactions, property development projects, property financing, as well as the real estate aspects of sales tax (VAT) and transfer tax.
Liza has been with Lexence since 2024. She received her master’s degree in notarial law (cum laude) in 2022 and her master’s degree in tax law with a specialisation in direct taxation (cum laude) in 2024, both at the VU University Amsterdam.
