About Judith Schulp
Judith Schulp specializes in the areas of employment termination law (collective and individual), reorganizations, dismissals (and buy-outs) of directors, corporate governance, fraud, employee co-determination, transfers of undertakings, disputes with shareholders and cross-border labor. Judith frequently advises on and handles disputes regarding co-determination and collective employment contracts. She regularly litigates before courts and arbitrators and is also an active mediator.
Judith does pro bono work for the IMC Weekend School, Valid Express and dance4life. In addition, she is a board member of the Amsterdam Grachtenfestival, and a supervisory board member of VluchtelingenWerk Nederland and Koninklijk Theater Carré. Judith speaks often at seminars, publishes regularly and is a co-author of Vademecum Burgerlijk Procesrecht Arbeidszaken, a handbook on civil procedural law in employment cases.
Judith has been with Lexence since 2008. She started her career as an M&A lawyer and switched to employment law in 1997. Judith was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 1994.
