Joep Feringa

Joep Feringa specialises in corporate law. He advises both national and international companies and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and diverse corporate law issues.

Joep has been with Lexence since 2025. He received his master’s degree in Corporate law in 2023 from Radboud University Nijmegen. In 2024 he received his master’s degree in Strategic management from Radboud University Nijmegen.
