About Geoffrey

Geoffrey van der Hauw is senior associate at Lexence’s corporate M&A practice. He specialises in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions with a focus on private equity work. He advises national and international companies and private equity investors on (cross-border) transactions (sell-side, buy-side, governance advice and management participation).  Geoffrey published an article on the warranty & indemnity insurance as a strategic tool in M&A-transactions.

Geoffrey studied Dutch corporate law at Leiden University and English contract law at the University of Oxford (UK).
