About Bas
Bas Zandvliet specialises in financing transactions and gives advice on financial laws and regulations. He has experience advising lenders and borrowers in Dutch and international working capital, acquisition and real estate financing transactions involving Dutch borrowers or Dutch security. Bas also advises investment institutions, investment firms and payment service providers on financial supervision and securities law.
Bas has been with Lexence since 2015 and was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2016. Before that he worked at law firms and at a financial sector regulator. Bas studied law at Erasmus University Rotterdam and received a master’s degree in financial law and business law.
