About Anouk

Anouk de Boer specialises in collective and individual dismissal law (including dismissal of managing directors and other top management), employee representation (including in reorganisations and restructurings), the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, cross border labour and employee participation structures.

Anouk also has a background in competition and regulatory, as she gained experience on advising clients on a wide variety of topics related to Healthcare law and to the General Data Protection Regulation and ancillary legislation.

Anouk has been with Lexence since 2024. She studied law at the Erasmus University (2017), where she received a master’s degree in Employment law (2018) and a master’s degree in Healthcare law (2019). Anouk was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2019.
