About Lennert
Lennert Kalthof has a broad corporate practice which includes advising Dutch and international companies in private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions and management buyouts and buy-ins.
Lennert has been with Lexence since 2016. He studied Dutch law at Erasmus University Rotterdam where he received a master’s degree in corporate law. In 2022 Lennert completed the Postgraduate M&A: law, finance and skills at VU Amsterdam (cum laude / with honours). Lennert was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2016.
