Lexence behaalt wederom mooie resultaten in Chambers Global 2021

19 februari 2021 –  De nieuwe rankings van Chambers Global zijn bekendgemaakt. We zijn trots op de mooie resultaten: zowel Corporate/M&A (band 1) als Dispute Resolution (band 4) heeft hun ranking weten vast te houden! Corporate/M&A: Mid-Market, band 1

What the team is known for: Strong team with an impressive track record advising multinational private equity houses on M&A transactions and investments into manufacturing companies. Clients also include a number of key mid-market players such as companies in the financial services and TMT sectors. Also acts for shareholders on transactions.

Luc Habets routinely assists private equity clients with acquisitions. His pragmatism is remarked upon by clients, one calling him “very hands-on and effective in negotiations.”

Michiel van Schooten advises clients in sectors ranging from transport to banking. He acts on both the buy and sell sides of transactions.”

Dispute Resolution, band 4

What the team is known for: Particularly active on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including cases before the Enterprise Court, as well as shareholder disputes. Advises clients on professional liability cases. Represents both companies and individuals, with a number of clients from the higher education, media and financial services sectors.

Bram Thomas Craemer represents clients in commercial disputes, including joint venture litigation. One client reports: “He has been giving us a lot of trust and security during complex and critical situations.” He is well placed to advise on the Dutch aspects of cross-border disputes.”
