Lexence advised Building Beyond Technology Group on the acquisition of OGD
Building Beyond Technology Group (BBTG) is strengthening its position in the IT sector by welcoming OGD ICT Services (OGD) to its platform. With over 1,400 employees, OGD is an established name in the market as a mission-critical IT service provider for larger customers in the Netherlands. The affiliation not only increases the scale, but also the expertise and execution power of BBTG in collaboration with the other companies.
