Lexence advised the shareholders of Deus on the transaction with Eraneos.
Eraneos, a portfolio company of Deutsche Private Equity and the international consulting group specialising in strategy, transformation and technology, has joined forces with DEUS, an Amsterdam-based specialist in the design and development of human-centred AI solutions. Together, they are creating a leading partner for AI transformation. Their shared ambition is to help organisations move beyond the experimentation phase and become businesses that can deploy AI independently and at scale.
