Lexence advises Caddenz on the acquisition of Verkeer Service Zuid-Holland
Following the acquisition, Verkeer Service Zuid-Holland B.V. will become part of the Caddenz Group and, together with Van Rens, will form the Group’s operations in the Netherlands. Caddenz is the European market leader in providing safety, signage and modular infrastructure solutions for the construction, infrastructure, industrial, events and public sectors.
The acquisition aligns with Caddenz’s strategy to further strengthen its presence across the European market. By bringing together the expertise and service offering of VSZH and Van Rens, the Group will be able to offer a broader portfolio of temporary traffic management solutions to clients throughout the Netherlands.
