The Macadamia Group, part of Waterland Private Equity Investments, is merging with Swartberg Levensmiddelen Fabrieken to form the PrimeNut Group. This merger creates a powerful European player in the processing of peanuts and nuts. Waterland Private Equity supports the group in its role as reference shareholder.
