Lexence has advised United Petfood, producer of dog and cat food, on its acquisition of De Haan Petfood. De Haan Petfood, specialises in the production of wet dog and cat food in the form of high-quality meat chunks in gravy. With more than 60 years of experience in the manufacture of canned wet food for global export, the company says it adds significant expertise to United Petfood.
