August 13, 2021 – Lexence and Pedersoli Studio Legale have advised Calligaris S.p.A. (a portfolio company of Alpha Private Equity) on its acquisition of IPDB B.V. and its subsidiaries (“Fatboy”).
Fatboy is the owner of the iconic, Dutch based, lifestyle brand “Fatboy” with proven innovation capabilities, a strong digital resonance and a global distribution presence. Since its incorporation, Fatboy developed to a cross-category design brand with an outspoken collection of lightning, indoor & outdoor furniture and distinctive accessoires.
Calligaris S.p.A. (a portfolio company of Alpa Private Equity) is an Italian based market leader with respect to the production and and distribution of furniture and other design items.
