Lexence has advised Nuts Group, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity, on its acquisitions of The Energy Savers.
Energy Savers provides advice and sells energy efficiency products to homeowners in the Netherlands in connection with making their homes more sustainable by improving energy efficiency and generating and storing electricity. Part of Nuts Groep is Budget Energie, which is one of the larger energy suppliers in the Netherlands with 800,000 customers.
