April 23, 2021 – Lexence assisted Intracto with the acquisition of Zoekhelden B.V. Intracto Group is continuously working on the further development of an integrated full-service agency and with the acquisition of Zoekhelden it is complete when it comes to actually being able to offer integrated off- and online media advice and execution.
Zoekhelden is, among other things, strong in marketing, media advice and secondment by providing advice to clients in the office. The company employs 15 experts and has grown from a search advertising agency to a full-service media agency in the last ten years.
